13.04.2022, Albershausen – Georg Fischer (GF) is creating a new kind of trade fair experience with "GFairs": "We definitely don't want to leave the potential of the analog world lying around, but we want to live up to our responsibility for the new," describes Marketing Manager René Habers the concept, which will be used for the first time at IFH/ Intherm in Nuremberg (April 26-29). In the context of this premiere, the exhibitor is focusing on the topics of sustainability, infotainment, and networking.

Journey through the world of drinking water hygiene
Thus, a visit at booth 404 (Hall 7A) becomes an innovative adventure trip through the GF world - with a focus on the topic of drinking water hygiene. Real and virtual features merge into an integrated and highly communicative overall concept: In hybrid events, the responsible persons connect with experts, partners, and GF customers from external locations via video chat. Permanent exchange characterizes the appearance of the industrial company: "Customers want holistic solutions when designing their building technology. We call for the pooling of expertise," explains Daniel Friedrich, Head of Sales, about "GFairs”.
Sustainability trail with HAS and digital twin
On site, a "Sustainability Walk" allows visitors to enter the world of the Hycleen Automation System (HAS), the proven circulation control system for maintaining clean drinking water. With the "digital twin" they also present a new, verified analysis tool for building operators, with which the savings potential in the hot water supply can be measured without great effort. Only sustainable building materials were used in the construction of the walk-through wooden track - as in the entire area design. In combination with LED panels, they form a series of sustainable and modern experience islands analogous to the "Sustainability Walk".
Sustainable products at the demo counter and workbench
Planners and installers will experience the handling of the dead space-free installation system Sanipex MT & Classic and the assembly of the pre-insulated plastic piping system COOL-FIT 2.0 for supplying commercial or industrial refrigeration systems at the demo counter or workbench. The exhibitor also added a sustainable and high-performance addition in its portfolio: its gunmetal plug-in valves have a dead space-free upper part, are quick to install and meet the highest requirements for operational and functional reliability as well as corrosion resistance and hygienic safety. The maintenance-free bonnet with its non-rising stem is also equipped with a sighting control that defines or indicates the valve's degree of opening.
Video interviews and podcasts with the audience
The maximum of communication and transparency: The events at the workbench can also be followed on the LED wall. The "creative cube", where content for the various GF formats is created together with partners, and the "glass control room", where the playout is coordinated, can also be viewed. Planners, building operators and energy consultants who are not present on site can also benefit from the content.
Raffle promotion
As part of a major raffle promotion, GF is giving away one electric scooter every day. The participation is possible by scanning a special QR code at the GF booth.
